As a small business MSCI us eligible for small-business set asides under the government Fair Opportunity Exception.  Under the terms of Section 534(e) it is eligible to receive a task order without further competition and no limitation on the size of such a task order.

For HIV/AIDS training, our partner is the National Association of AIDS Education and Training Centers, which is a national association of training centers which provide clinical training to American doctors, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and other medical providers under the Ryan White Program. These are the people who train American doctors about HIV/AIDS.
 

For children’s diseases, our partner is Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, also ranked as the #1 Children’s Medical Center in the US.

We also partners with the American University of Beirut’s medical program to give us significant expertise in the sensitive arena of reproductive health services for Muslims.
