COMMUNITY/FAITH BASED PARTNERSHIPS MSCI with a USAID-funded program is identifying U.S. and local faith-based and community organizations with experience or interest in implementing ABC (Abstinence, Be Faithful, and Condoms if necessary), voluntary counseling and testing/treatment projects in African and Caribbean countries, and to administer and supervise grants to U.S. and local FBCOs in developing countries MSCI leads a three-country project with its C/FBO partner organizations, such as The Salvation Army and The National Association of Evangelicals, as well as universities and colleges; University of Pennsylvania Medical School, the Fordham University Graduate School of Social Service, the National Jewish Medical and Research Center, Together, the partner organizations are responsible for: Identifying U.S. and local C/FBOs with experience or interest in implementing ABC/VCT/ treatment projects, in Haiti, Mozambique and Malawi to:
